Aditya Singhal

Chief Operating Officer

Aditya Singhal is a student leader, researcher, and healthcare advocate whose work is shaped by a simple conviction: the future of medicine belongs not only to those who practice it, but to those willing to reimagine it. As Chief Operating Officer of ForMed Inc., a youth-led organization dedicated to expanding access to healthcare education and career exploration, he works at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and service, helping transform ambitious ideas into programs that create meaningful opportunities for young people.

His fascination with medicine extends beyond the classroom and into the laboratory. Aditya has pursued biomedical research with a particular interest in cardiovascular disease, therapeutic innovation, and the technologies shaping modern healthcare. Through research and scientific competitions, he has explored questions at the intersection of biology, engineering, and computation, developing a perspective that regards medicine not as a fixed discipline, but as an evolving frontier.

Yet his ambitions reach beyond scientific discovery. Aditya is deeply invested in building a culture in which young people are encouraged to ask difficult questions, pursue uncommon ideas, and see themselves as contributors to the future of healthcare. Through leadership, outreach, and educational initiatives, he works to create pathways that make STEM and medicine more accessible while cultivating the curiosity and confidence necessary to pursue them.

For Aditya, leadership is ultimately an exercise in stewardship: taking an idea seriously enough to build it, a challenge seriously enough to confront it, and an opportunity seriously enough to share it. He hopes to spend his career at the confluence of medicine, research, technology, and human impact, advancing healthcare while opening doors for those who will shape what comes next.

Her work reflects a broader commitment to making healthcare pathways more transparent and inclusive while encouraging the next generation of students to approach medicine with both intellectual curiosity and a sense of responsibility to their communities.

Outside of her work in healthcare and student leadership, Saanvi maintains a deep commitment to the arts. She is a classically trained vocalist with more than a decade of experience and is also an avid painter and reader. Her interests across science, advocacy, communication, and the arts inform an interdisciplinary perspective that she brings to her leadership and community work.
